The Solid Waste Management Coordinating Board (SWMCB) approved its 2017 budget on October 26, 2016. Since then, Staff, together with Dakota County’s Financial Management Office (the SWMCB fiscal manager), have closed-out the 2016 budget and determined the final funding balances.
